1. About the Service
Smartlyx is a mobile subscription service that gives subscribers access to digital entertainment and learning content, including M-Learning materials, games, quizzes and music. The service is offered on a subscription basis and is billed directly through your mobile operator (Direct Carrier Billing). By subscribing to Smartlyx you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription & Charges
Smartlyx is a daily, auto-renewable subscription. The applicable price (all taxes included) is shown clearly at the point of subscription before you confirm, and is charged from your mobile balance by your operator. Current pricing:
- Grameenphone: BDT 3.45 per day (VAT included).
- Banglalink: BDT 3.03 per day (tax included).
The exact amount and billing frequency that apply to your subscription are those displayed on the confirmation/consent page at the time you subscribe.
3. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each day and the applicable charge is deducted from your mobile balance until you unsubscribe. If you do not have sufficient balance at the time of renewal, the renewal may fail and access to the service may be suspended until a successful charge is made.
4. How to Unsubscribe
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, through any of the following:
- The Unsubscribe page: https://smartlyx.com/unsubscribe.php
- The My Profile section inside the Smartlyx portal.
- By contacting customer support (see section 9).
Once you unsubscribe, no further charges will be made. You may continue to have access to the service until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription ends.
5. Eligibility
To use Smartlyx you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of the account owner or a parent/guardian, and you must be the authorised user of the mobile number used to subscribe. The service is available only to subscribers of participating mobile operators in Bangladesh.
6. Content
All content provided through Smartlyx is for personal, non-commercial use only. Content may be added, updated or removed from time to time. All intellectual property rights in the content and the service remain with Smartlyx or its licensors.
7. Privacy
We process your mobile number and subscription details solely to provide and manage the service, including activation, billing, renewals and support. We do not sell your personal information. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable laws and the requirements of your mobile operator.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions or the service from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
